Lifetime License Notice:
Lifetime products remain valid as long as the developer continues to support and update the product.
For example, if you buy a lifetime license, it will remain usable for one year, five years, or even fifty years—as long as the developer supports it. If the developer stops development or support, the license becomes invalid. This is beyond our control.
3. Errors & Information:

The store is not responsible for any incorrect information entered by the customer.

If an issue occurs, a video proof must be submitted to forward the case to the developer. No complaints will be considered without valid proof.

Compensation for lost time is not guaranteed and is decided solely by the developer.
4. Incorrect Purchases:

Any compensation or fixes come only from the developer.

The store is not responsible for lost keys. Keys are delivered via the website or Discord. If you lose your key, it cannot be retrieved.

7. Conduct & Communication:

Mutual respect between customers and staff/support team is mandatory.

In case of verbal abuse (direct, indirect, or implied):

Customer services and tools will be immediately disabled.

The customer account will be permanently banned with no refund.

8. Out of Scope Responsibility:

Issues like “Limited Matchmaking” or “Shadow Ban” are considered normal risks for both regular players and cheaters.

If your account is placed under such restrictions, it is entirely beyond the store's control.

Some bans may happen by mistake and are usually lifted within 7 days after Activision’s review.
9. Limited Matchmaking / Shadow Ban Definition:

Players who receive multiple reports may be placed under “Limited Matchmaking”.

This can result in:

High ping
-
Long matchmaking times
-
Shadow Ban status

You can check your account status via your Activision account.
